Pentasoft, a consulting and marketing company, implemented Dynamic Data Web (DDW) to enable real-time analysis of large data volumes and provide clients with self-service analytics tools. DDW allows Pentasoft to analyze data 10 times faster than other BI tools and help clients like IKEA optimize their loyalty programs. Although other BI vendors were considered, DDW was chosen for its technology, speed, flexibility, ease of use, and the ability to work closely with the vendor.
