- 2. What is Android? Android is a software stack for mobile devices that includes an operating system, middleware and key applications. An open source Linux-based operating system intended for mobile computing platforms. Includes a Java API for developing applications. 2

- 11. Meeting managements: User can save the meetings along with the topic, venue, date and time, Agenda, Discussion and Action Items, the persons that are to be invited to the meeting. For Ex. 11
- 12. Import meeting & Add participant User can also import meetings and add participants team. For ex. 12
- 13. Editing & Searching Meeting If user wants to changes the save meetings such as topic, venue, date and time or any other changes user easily edit the save meetings. User can also search the meeting easily using meeting name, meeting-id or date. For ex. 13
- 14. Meeting Cancelation When the person arranging the meeting wishes to cancel it, then he will just have to enter the meeting-id or meeting title and press the CANCEL button. The corresponding message of cancellation will be sent to concerned people. 14
- 15. Alert System This module is responsible to get inputs from user about the alarm expiry date of alarm, reminder description if any. This module is responsible to ring the alarm if user is near to the location for which alarm is set. Allows user to edit/delete/update alarms. 15

Profile Switching When the user will enter into that specific location saved in his meeting or will be around in the radius of 50 meter, he will get the alert that he is near the venue of scheduled meeting and the profile will be automatically switched from GENERAL to SILENT. This is achieved using GPS system. 16
- 17. Live Data Streaming Live share marketing update automatically send notification to the user. The page automatically refresh every minutes. The notification message able get details for BSF and NSF. 17
- 18. Future Scope The application should fetch the friends’ details, including birthdays, anniversary and special holidays, from facebook, twitter and Google accounts of the user. On the event day (birthday, anniversary or special holiday), the application should display a reminder to the user. User can be helped with pre-defined messages, where user can press a simple button to tweet send message through FB or send email through Gmail to his/her friend. 18
