- 1. We Must HaveFaith I hope we adequately covered the book of Job in last week’s lesson. With that in mind, I decided to base today’s lesson on yesterday’s reading.
- 2. We Must HaveFaith I think we can learn from the belief, faith, Abraham had that God would do what he said He’d do. I take you back to part of January’s 1st reading.

- 20. The Obedience ofAbram Genesis 12:1 NET Now the LORD said to Abram, "Go out from your country, your relatives, and your father's household to the land that I will show you.
- 21. The Obedience ofAbram The Call. - The word of Jehovah , by which Abram was called, contained a command and a promise. Abram was to leave all - his country, his kindred and his father's house - and to follow the Lord into the land which He would show him.

- 58. Melchizedek Many Christianwriters have thought that this was an appearance of the Son of God himself, our Lord Jesus, known to Abram at this time by this name. But as nothing is expressly revealed concerning it, we can determine nothing.
- 59. Melchizedek He broughtforth bread and wine - For the refreshment of Abram and his soldiers, and in congratulation of their victory. This he did as a king.
