Your evening starts at 7pm with the opportunity to meet over a glass of Bucks Fizz in the Abbey Business Lounge. At 7.45pm your host for the evening will take you to the 1873 Ricoh Lounge for dinner, followed by a festive disco. - 9. Kingsholm also offers a unique venue to host your Christmas lunch. Treat your clients, staff, family or friends to a Christmas lunch with a difference. We can’t guarantee snow, but we can guarantee a magical experience at Kingsholm. Choose two courses from our Christmas Menu (choose from starter and main or main and dessert, see page 6) for £24.95 and we’ll include crackers, mince pies and coffee. Lunches are available Monday to Friday. Call us on 01452 872269 for availability and to book. A £15.00 deposit per person will be required to secure your booking.This is non- refundable and non-transferable. We request that all diners order their menu options in advance. - 11. Booking Can we arrange an account on the bar? This can be arranged on the evening of your party or when you arrive for lunch. Credit card details will be required and you will be charged at the end of the evening or your lunch. What will happen in the case of inclement weather? We would only cancel an event in extreme circumstances. Should this be necessary we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient alternative date, subject to availability. We strongly recommend that you pre- order to ensure you have something to drink when you arrive at your table. We will send you a wine list nearer the date of your party/lunch.
