Managed a project team of 5-10 to convert from a Visual Basic GUI application using Terminal Services into a JAVA web-based application using Oracle database on a Websphere platform. Developed business requirements; technical requirements; project plan for development of the automated workflow, testing and infrastructure, quality assurance, system and user acceptance testing, and implementation phases.
