I am thrilled to apply for the Monitoring, Reporting & Linkage Officer role at Kifiya Financial
Technologies. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Gondar with over five
years of experience supporting monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis in various non-governmental
organizations and in government agencies.
Vital qualifications:
First, I am well-versed in MEAL Systems as I have shown in my past experiences developing
monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks, developing KPIs, and data collection tools for projects
i.e., the Mastercard Foundation’s PI-REWCAA project.
Second, I am adept with Data analytics and reporting where I attained technical proficiency in SPSS,
STATA, R, Power BI, and digital data collection and analysis tools (e.g., ODK and KoBo) for data
analytics and visualize analytical insight for decision making.
Third, I have experience managing projects in technical sectors (e.g., health, agriculture, and gender) at
FH Ethiopia in addition to supervising project teams in delivering results within a timely manner.
Fourth, I have facilitated loan disbursements, financial literacy training and business planning for
women entrepreneurs at JeCCDO while addressing their financial inclusion challenges.
Fifth, I have great communication skills and interpersonal skills liaising with a range of stakeholders,
donors, and financial institutions.
Finally, my current most recent role as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer at JeCCDO

donor guidelines while providing learning and improvement insights that can promote impactful project
