Ok, This is not a topic of guilt, shame, nor Ego. It may explain why I host Free
Workshops so effortlessly.
My Goal is to design Reiki Yoga for all levels and adult educational Ages. I have
experiences from both traditional and Virtual/Online. I love the access and
expansion of Cyber Adult Learning. It’s also more affordable than $2k-$4k
workshops.
Also cheaper than $30k-$70k an academic year.
It’s nice when the payout is over $200k+ in salary. Our economy is changing, the
dollar bill is shifting, and inflation is still going up. We are fading into a new
Money genre. We are forced to use and create, different formats of learning.

Almost a Training Level 2 topic. This
week we explore The Kundalini Yoga
Path.
Its very similar to Tantra.
But, They are separate lol.
So, The spiritual community don't
catch this often or ever?
I forever love fusions. I have studied
both assuming its one path lol. (SMH,
I had no idea.) My Base is Hatha Yoga.
I love adding to this style endlessly.
This will help Reiki
a great deal on diversity and
integrations.

Session in Review:

Both Kundalini and Tantra Yoga are similar paths.
They include awakening The Kundalini energy. So
different slightly in their focus and techniques.
Let’s Review Kundalini First.
Kundalini Yoga:
Focus: Primarily on awakening the dormant
Kundalini energy at the base of the spine,
through systematic use of breathwork,
movement, chanting, and meditation.
Techniques: Focus on poses/asanas, (Popular
Studies) The breath/pranayama,
chanting/mantras, and meditation/kriyas to
activate/balance energy.
with the divine.

Session in Review 2:
Both Kundalini and Tantra Yoga are similar
paths...Let’s Review Tantric Second.
Tantra Yoga Path:
Focus: A wide range of techniques, including
awakening the Kundalini. Includes using rituals,
meditations, the consciousness, and connect with
the divine. (Popular are the Meditations.)
Techniques: Uses meditation, rituals, mantras,
yantras/visual symbols, and integration of
spiritual/mundane aspects of life, including
(Very Mainstream) sensuality and general
wellness.
Practitioners of Yoga and Massage often fuse
Tantra and Kundalini as one path.

In summary, Both Yoga paths:
Are used to awaken Kundalini
energy and promote spiritual
growth. So they appear the same.
Kundalini Yoga focuses on
awakening dormant energy. This
sounds like Tantra vs Kundalini as
well.
Tantra Yoga is a broader philosophy.
Again, we would assume that for
Kundalini. This includes meditation,
added rituals, and seeing the sacred
in all aspects of life.
So Kundalini Yoga is easily fused
with Tantra to create powerful
energy sessions.

This topic we will finish for workshop 12. So,
I do want to continue. Also, any cheat
sheets, updates, and extra training will be
available within our Shop or Library. This is
randomly for timelines. I feel this will
balance out the learning experience.
Regardless, I love the concept and it
needed to be a workshop lol. I confirmed
info with AI. Made things easier and faster.
Practitioners do easily fuse Kundalini with
Tantra to create massage or xtra yoga
styles. This is either by accident or
intentional. Its hard to tell. Also, I feel most
ppl don’t care lol. Seriously, Why care?
The Spa Depart benefits greatly.
I personally, love the meditations.
Other’s love the Sensuality only.
It’s pure fire energy/chi.
Now, there’s Reiki?

I am being neutral and honest. I dont like politics.
I find social will force the topic like its mandatory chit chat
lol. Moving on and it’s related...
The Education department did not change in 2025. No, It
started in 2020. This was during the pandemic. Impacted all
ages and lifestyles. I was on campus for the pandemic ending.
So, speaking from student experience. Campus life has changed
dramatically? It’s nothing like GenerationX or the millennials
timelines? WOW, We had a blast in social-regardless. Campus
life downgraded since. I saw early endemic, very lil changes?
It’s not normal? I live in Mich US. I moved to Mid Michigan for
campus life before returning to SE MI. I almost applied for
Private EDU in Hawaii. Later, the fires happened smh.
A true apocalypse, seriously. I felt concerned? The world had
new limits? Realities were re-arranged. I was moving to
Practice Retreat Yoga. But now, I create online-access.
Down the Rabbit Hole.

Let’s Close the topic of Kundalini and
Tantra. I would not leave you hanging lol.
I love the concept of both Paths. I almost
wanna change my Main Yoga from Hatha
to either Tantra or Kundalini. Hmm, Will see
on pros and cons. My Base is classical.
Then, I can fuse the paths as needed. I
think most Instructors do similar methods.
Rehab has evolved a great deal.
This we review in training, level 1.
Reiki and Yoga therapy are mainstream.
Any additions work like magic.
The spa world love Tantric.
The fire element is healing.
These paths all host pure fire.
Fire that can be activated.
Fire thats usually dormant.
Fire that’s abused too smh.

In closing: Again, Read these often as you
like. Its for your practice in Reiki meets
Yoga.
The advanced level three of Reiki training
mentions Time and Space. You would never
believe time and space is a concept of
Reiki. Reiki can heal as universal life energy
anything. Its by serendipity, a working
template for other techniques and method.
Again, similar as a partnership is Yoga.
REIKI KUNDALINI & REIKI TANTRIC are used
PG in sessions. Any other ratings are not
public access or online lol.
Tantra Must be presented PG.
Kundalini must be presented PG.
For Adult content, alway check host.
Healing stones are used.
Intentions & Fire Chi are used.
