Skills/methods/techniques/maxims/de vice used 6. Linking with the past experiences 7. Attention/Interest/Curiosity drawn 1. Teacher was introduced herself to the class. 2. Introductory questions were framed properly 3. Motivational questions were relevant to the topic. 4. Previous knowledge was tested 5. There was connection/link established between previous & present knowledge 6. Teaching-learning material like picture/model/chart/demonstration/st ory telling was used effectively 7. Motivation was satisfactory/ effective.

Topic name must occupy the top, middle portion of the blackboard 8. Topic name should be retained on the board till the completion of the lesson

Concepts were developed by explanation using teaching aid/experimentations etc... 5. Instructional objectives were written correctly & achieved properly

Beginning & concluding statements (on each teaching points) covered essential points 3. Teacher provided simple & interesting illustrations relevant to the topic 4. Explanation was impressive 5. Speech was clear & loud 6. There was no lacking in fluency/continuity

Kannada pattern /model reading once & for English, Hindi it is twice. 9. Reading – first time by closing the books of the students, Second time by opening the students book 1. Teacher asked the students to see the book & listen carefully, then to read implicitly 2. Teacher made the students to read the book loudly one by one about a paragraph 3. Pattern reading was done properly/effectively 4. Central questions were framed properly to reach the theme of the content 5. Content words were explained by creating a situation (meaning & using in own sentences) 6. Grammar part was handled skillfully USAGE OF LANGUAGE 1. Speech was clear, loud 2. pronunciation was clear, correct 3. Pause according to punctuations in the text 4. Intonation of voice & stress giving was found

Teacher used the OHP, computer, LCD Projector to teach the theorems Except language, sectional recapitulation should be done after the teaching point in all the subject

Black board summary and its writing 1. 5 to 6 questions were asked by the teacher 2. The questions were arranged as per the teaching points or content analysis 3. The questions asked were simple/SAT type/direct one 4. After getting responses for each questions, the answer were written in the form a summary (paragraph) 5. Black board summary includes the theme/core/zest of the lesson till taught 6. BBS writing was neat, clear, visible, no mistake and written in a straight line
