Their primary function is to offer guidance for spiritual
and material well being.”
Vedas are the oldest and most revered sacred text in
Indian ethos.
TYPES OF VEDAS
• Rig-Veda
• Yajur-Veda
• Sama-Veda
• Atharav-Veda
There are 6 selective managerial lessons which
we can learn from veda:-
• Vasudev-Kutumbakam
• Dedication (Samarpan Bhaava)
• Welfare of all being (Lok Sangram)
• Ethical Profits (Shubh Labh)
• Nish-Kaam-Karma (Deed without Greed)
• Shunning Extremes
CONCLUSION
Indian Ethos in management refers to the culture and
practices that the culture of India (Bhartiya Sanskriti) can
contribute to service leadership and management . These
values and practices are rooted in Sanatan Dharma.
It would eventually from the foundational understanding
of Sanatan Dharma and provide direction.
