That petitioner has been grilled by Mr. Sahender Kumar and Raghu Petitioner In Person filing counter clerk, Mr. Jagmohan Singh Assistant Registrar Section 1B, Mr. Deepak Punwani Assistant Registrar Section 10 and Ms. Yojana Bhatia Branch Officer Section 10 since 21.09.2022 unnecessarily with an ulterior motives. 3. That several communications have been taken place with the above noted judicial officers in writing and verbally over telephone since 21.092022 to till date but all went in vain. 4. The said matter is once listed before Chamber Judge on 26.09.2022 thereafter extending the date of listing from 31.10.2022 to 14.11.2022 to 25.11.2022 with ulterior motives. The matter has not listed on 25.11.22 as per the published cause list dated 25.11.2022. The registry is repeating the same activity of suppressing the crucial records as done in Writ Petition Criminal no. 136/2016 to protect the heinous work of Judges of Begusarai Bihar Court which has resulted in killing of petitioner’s parents and Gang Rape, illicit sex trade of his families and minor daughters and suspension of his Article 21. 5.
