Libstats: Demo and Overview

Libstats is an open-source, web-based system developed for tracking library statistics and questions at service points, created by the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The Walker Management Library experience with Libstats revealed that staff found it easy to use, leading to the adoption of the software and enhanced data collection for statistics reporting. Lastly, challenges included the desire for capturing more detailed transactions and ensuring consistency with historical reporting.
