  Quick introduction • Marc Carrel-Billiard is Executive Partner with Accenture. He is the Gallia Lead for the Advanced Systems and Technology group. • Marc has an implementation experience with an educational background in component and object-oriented technology, End-to-End architecture planning and delivery, and other leading-edge technologies such as speech recognition or neural network modeling. • Marc has led a number of Global Technology initiatives within Accenture. Recent engagements have covered large pan- European electronic commerce and collaboration solutions in the resources, the financial, the products and the transport industries. • Marc is part of the Accenture Technology Board in France and has published several articles and books with Prentice-Hall while working at IBM from 1985 to 1998. 2
