• I anticipate to gain an increased knowledge of
administrative school duties

• Administrative skills to be acquired:
• Enhanced communicative skills between faculty,
staff, students, and parents
• Improved understanding of individual employee
skill sets
• Increased knowledge of money management and
book keeping
• Extended range of problem-solving and conflict
management
• Individual goal-setting for faculty and staff
• Knowledge of effective instruction evaluation

• Many administrative tasks that need to be
covered
• Limited amount of funding to afford those with
administrative skill sets
• Internship provides opportunity to current
administration to alleviate stress, and provide
necessary focus to other aspects of the
institution

• As I am currently employed by this institution,
tasks can be quickly and easily handed down
