Manipulating my photographsuse
Robert Phillips discusses manipulating photographs in Photoshop. He cropped and framed some images, changed colors and hues on others. Techniques like eraser, magic wand, lasso and magnetic lasso tools as well as layers were used to edit pictures for a magazine while keeping originals in case of errors. The edited photos were saved as JPEGs to print or use online.

TechniquesThis really helpedwith testing out effects but keeping the original there in case something went wrong.This was used to save the file as a JPEG, so that I could print it or put it on my blog/presentations.These are some of the techniques and tools that I have used throughout the creation of my magazine. Including; Eraser, Magic Wand, Lasso and Magnetic Lasso. Layers were also really helpful with creating a magazine styled effect.
