  • #6: Email Marketing Intelligence, un nuevo concepto que converge el "tradicional" marketing por correo electrónico con la potencia optimizadora de la tecnología Business Intelligence, entrando en una nueva dimensión del marketing La competencia en los negocios se libra fundamentalmente en el ámbito del conocimiento. La información es poder, y la frase no es en absoluto nueva. Sigue vigente porque es incontestable. Así que para poder competir hay que saber.
  • #7: El Open Social Intelligence busca aprovechar esta información que tenemos esparcida por las redes sociales con herramientas software libre para su posterior análisis.

Si estamos viendo que la respuesta de algunas campañas es seguida por muchas personas de género masculino podremos lanzar una campaña posterior orientada solamente a este tipo de personas. Facebook ofrece publicidad orientada a tipo de personas: casadas, deportistas, por edades…por qué no aprovechar este tipo de recursos? Conseguiremos tener mucho más impacto.
  • #11: Analizando la información que tenemos en estas redes sociales se ganan muchas cosas, las cuales podríamos destacar a nivel general las siguientes:
  • #12: No hace falta mantener varias semanas la programación de la parrilla de la TV para ver la respuesta del público. Gracias a las redes sociales podemos saber si está teniendo impacto y si tendremos continuidad. Ejemplos: Operación Triunfo: gracias a las redes sociales se canceló el programa. La opinión masiva en el momento de la emisión no era nada buena.
