  • #18 Narrow, Average, Broad Right now based on inclusion of “highly utilized providers and facilities-” hospitals, adult primary care, and pediatric primary care.” We think adult specilaists and children’s specialists need to be included, right now not clear that OB/GYNs would even be in. Comparing to other QHPs available in the county- but what if other QHPs in the county also have narrow networks. At the very least we think the comparison should be QHPs nationally, but maybe we even want to compare with other types of insurance in case all QHPs have more restrictive networks, for example. Note insurance plans won’t want this in though, so we need to support the concept, this is a big step forward.
