Advocating for Change: The Eastern Transport Coalition The Eastern Transport Coalition (ETC) is made up of 7 Councils in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. “ The ETC advocates for sustainable and integrated transport services to reduce the level of car dependency to secure the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of Melbourne ’ s East and aims to work in partnership with Federal and State Governments to ensure the future sustainability of Eastern Melbourne ” Eastern Transport Coaltion www.etc.org.au
