The Baptist Ministers Alliance and Rev. Al Sharpton are coming together to respond to the Brandon Johnson incident through a "Together We Stand" prayer service. [1] Rev. Sharpton will serve as the keynote speaker and the Alliance will unveil a "Stop, Chill and Think" campaign to reduce violence. [2] The service will be held on July 11 at Eastern Star Church to call the community together in prayer and respond to findings about the Brandon Johnson case and comments by the public safety director. Clay, president, Baptist Ministers Rev. Warren Hurley Alliance, will unveil the “Stop, Chill and Think” non-violent campaign in an effort to curtail violence Assistant Lecturer in our community. Everyone in the community is invited to attend and parents, grandparents and concerned citizens are encouraged to bring their children to this worship service for a time of prayer Rev.
