SMEs are a major driver of the Dutch economy and work with IBM to overcome typical challenges of limited capacity, cash flow issues, and inefficient operations. An example SME used IBM's partner platform to form partnerships, lower costs, and explore outsourcing. Over time, the SME worked more closely with IBM to go international, integrate its supply chain, and eventually use Watson to gain insights from big data as it grew into a large corporate.
