On November 14th, absenteeism among students was observed, which could lead to low school performance and increased dropout rates. Home visits and a clear attendance policy were put in place. Finally, on January 10th, student tardiness was an issue, linked to lower assessment scores and failed assignments. One-on-one counseling and strong classroom rules for tardiness were utilized.
