She has held several roles related to music and cultural outreach, including as senior manager of the American Cultural Center in Jakarta and as co-founder and project advisor of Bersama Project, which uses music and arts to promote gender equality. She has also managed cultural festivals and youth orchestras in Bali.

Co-founder, Project Advisor Bersama Project (2015 – present) Bersama Project is a registered Indonesian foundation (yayasan) established in 2015 to confront violence against women and achieve gender equality through music and the arts. The name Bersama (Together) reflects the collaborative spirit of our work together with musicians and artists to achieve measurable outcomes in equality perspectives—in the creative industries, and beyond. We have hosted concerts, music workshops, film screenings, art exhibitions, music video productions, and social media campaigns as strategies for capacity- building among Indonesian musicians and artists and as creative interventions on gender inequality and gender-based violence.
