This document discusses the four types of sentences: declarative sentences make statements and end in periods, imperative sentences are commands or requests that end in periods or exclamation points, exclamatory sentences express strong emotion and end in exclamation points, and interrogative sentences ask questions and end with question marks. Examples of each sentence type are provided to illustrate their punctuation. The document is a student assignment on sentence types for an ELA class.
