- 3. Solutioning â Key Questions âą Data Modeling: Can the functionality be achieved with standard objects? Or there is a need to create a custom Object? What type of relationship different objects have with each other? âą Page layout: What are the different sections on a page? How to provide quick intuitive navigation to other parts of application? âą Automation: Are there any workflows which can be automated? How to automate? Which automation tool is the most efficient for a particular requirement, Roll-up summary fields/Process Builder/Flows? âą Security Requirements: What are the different Roles/Entitlement/Access Requirements? How this can be achieved using Profiles/Roles/Permission Sets and Sharing Settings âą Data Validation: Are there any data validation requirements? What can be done to avoid data duplication? âą Reports and Dashboards: Which KPIs need to be measured? Is there any need to create Custom report type? Which report format is more suitable, Tabular/Summary/Matrix? Build Data Model âą Used 4 Standard Objects : Added custom fields as needed âą Created 3 Custom Objects âą Created a Junction Object to model many-to-many relationship âą Created a Master-Detail relationship 2. Page layout (Record Page) : App Builder and Objectâs page layout âą Used Highlight Panel to display key information âą Used Quick links component for easy/quick navigation to other tabs of application âą Divided and grouped fields in different sections âą Used Related List component 3. Process Builder âą Created a process on Object âAâ, to change Contact Ownership âą Created a follow-up task for the new Contact Owner and âą Created a new record on Object âBâ 2. Flow 1 âą Created a record triggered flow on Object âAâ which fires when 2 criteria from Object âAâ are true âą Get Record from Object âBâ to check another condition âą If true, update the record on Object âAâ which has triggered the flow. âą Create a new Record on Object âCâ 3. Flow 2 âą Created a record triggered flow on Object âAâ with scheduled paths. (Which will check for certain conditions at specified time intervals) 4. Flow 3 âą Created a record triggered flow to send an Automated Email with Rich Text email template

Reports and Dashboards âą Created Summary Reports which represents grouping across different dimensions âą Created a Matrix Report which adds granularity level at Year/Month/Week/Day âą Used appropriate chart types âą Created a Dashboard 3. 3rd party Application Integration âą Integrated S-Docs to generate a Progress Report in PDF format
