In this webinar Prof Smirnova and Dr. Nellie shared their thoughts how to engage students..L.Smirnova sees it as process when students become active learners while working in groups. The key ideas where presented that online learning resembles actual class learning and follows the same steps and procedures that was proven to be effective for hundreds years. Online it is more difficult t but if we care, we can manage. Argued about Personal and Personalised learnings. Speaking homework with VoiceThread Very interesting ( even philosophical ) aspect about how speaking can differentiate/shift roles in classroom and exploring different speaking homework tasks for intermediate level students Adaptive Learning in Moodle - Case Study Very good case study how to successfully incorporate Adaptive Learning into Moodle particular and eLearning in general. Math and Music Great tool presentation about tool that students may like. Attempt to incorporate math elements during study music or it may be used visa-versa – to incorporate music into study of mathematics. Consists of two parts: inspiration and language itself. Do It Yourself Online Assessment Provided with good classification of available online assessments and analised the advantages and disadvantages of each assessment

Math and Music Felt good in first part but when tried to discover the language in depth felt a little bit disappointed as not enough information about it, even Google did not help. That means that this tool is not very popular, hence, why shall I use it? Do It Yourself Online Assessment Gave a lot of information about assessments and different approaches. Felt good.

- 8. Common answers tothe questions Question number Answer # 3 I am reflecting on webinars where I participated online and some of them even watched second time recorded. I’ve connected with other attendees by responding to them and presenter. Quickly realised that everyone is desperate to say something and it’s only destructs presenter, in such intense online activity it’s not possible to get non trivial answer – I started just silently follow chat conversations #9,10 I would not consider all activities that I participated as a “silver bullet” that solve current educational problems. The conference widen my understanding of problems other colloquies are experienced and how they approach to make teaching better. I will try to use some tools that discovered during the conference in evolutional way – step by step, making sure that I am going in wright direction. #11 I think Yasha Mor is doing great job to investigate and make some recommendations how to implement good course online. His jobs of creating templates to design courses is great idea as it provides common solutions to common problems. My questions: 1. How academics feel/think about his work? I mean from contemporary pedagogical theories, from pedagogical frameworks etc… 2. In old days everyone knew who is a good teacher ( bad as well). Novadays teachers are disconnected in online environment from their identity and are somehow related to course materials… How can we identify good or bad online course is and what are best practices of designing/creating online courses?
