The document presents a neuro-fuzzy system for dynamic resource allocation in collaborative cloud computing using a multi-attribute Quality of Service (QoS) approach. The proposed Multi Attribute QoS Scoring (MAQS) algorithm allocates resources based on factors such as distance, reputation, task completion time, and load, outperforming existing single-attribute reputation-based algorithms. Additionally, the system includes a fault-tolerance mechanism through a speculative manager, enhancing resource management efficiency in cloud environments.
