Immediately upon logging in, the user
selects New Claim or searches for an
existing claim via a search criteria.

Example of the results of a claim search. The user would select which claim
they want to view or update.
Maintenance Process




The Maintenance Process is designed to support the system operation based on both
the system and client requirements. There are system and insurance company
related types or classes of table data that are required to operate the system . This
example shows the claims codes being used. See the left hand Maintenance Menu
for other configurable selections.
Administration




The Administration Process is designed to be configured based on the client’s
method of doing business. There are system and insurance company
configuration settings, logging, database maintenance, and performance testing.
This example shows the basic system configuration setup settings. See the left
hand Administration Menu selections for other configurable selections.
Security




The system uses .Net forms authentication to log users into the system. From
that point, the system uses a role based concept for system security. Roles are
set-up to control what forms, tasks, and access a specific user has.
Reporting




The example shows the selection screen for the Claim Detail Report. Refer to the
left hand Reporting Menu for the standard report selections. Custom reports can
be added as per the client’s request.

This is the first screen that displays on a new claim reporting. It gives you an idea of
what the other screens look like and you can see from the Tabs, what other screens
can be called.

             Insured Screen




This is an example of the information on our Insured Screen. Note the addition
of more tabs appearing and the ability to capture more information.
Sample Transaction Screen per Claim




 This is an other example of the information on our Transaction Screen
 maintained on each claim. Notice the transactions are maintained by
 Claim, Claimant, and Coverage. Each category shows
 Reserve, Payment, Incurred, and Recovery information.
