• Geo-tag or put a location to it, express yourself in few words and then submit
Deployment of Field Workers
• Deploy: Official responsible for that problem will be notify immediately then
deploy a number of field workers to relieve or fix the situation
• Fix: All issues will be attended to within the SLA of 15-30mins
