Online classroom user guide
If you wish to take lessons, go to “Lesson requests” page,
choose the lesson you are interested in, and click the button
“Take lesson” near the corresponding lesson. After that the
lesson is moved to “My lessons schedule” page
When student needs a lesson right now, he places
Instant tutoring lesson request.
You can see it at “Lesson requests” page marked with
green letter “I” and start time “Right now!”.
The compensation for such lessons is 30% higher.
Such lessons start as soon as you click “Take lesson” button
When a new lesson request is received, all tutors of the specified
subject receive Email notification about it.
If lesson was already taken by another tutor before you opened
“Lesson requests” page, it is marked as
“Taken by another Tutor”
If you need to specify any lesson details or just ask Customer
about anything, use our messaging system – button
“New Message”. It is available at both “Lessons requests” and
“My lessons schedule” pages
You can see which lessons are assigned to you and their
scheduled time at “My lesson schedule” page
If you took lesson by mistake, you can refuse from it at
“My lesson schedule” page.
IMPORTANT! Do not refuse from the lesson just before
the lesson start. We need time to find
another tutor for the lesson
If there are more than 10 minutes before the
lesson start, the button
“Start lesson” will be inactive
If the Customer is online, the button “Start lesson” becomes
active. You can negotiate with the Customer and start lesson
earlier if he/she agrees.
The button becomes automatically active 10 min before the
lesson starts. Click it to enter the classroom.
If you clicked “Start lesson” button BY MISTAKE and classroom was
opened, you are to close the classroom tab of your browser or
classroom window at all, using the button marked green.
DO NOT click “Complete” button marked red.
When you click the button “Start lesson”, you will appear in the
online classroom. The customer can enter the classroom
ONLY when the tutor is already online.
On the picture above, you can see that
Tutor Julia is online
Then the customer enters the classroom.
You can see that Customer John is online.
Before you start the lesson, check that all communication tools are
on, both for you and the Customer: microphone, chat, whiteboard.
Mind that it is you who turn on the tools for the Customer
You can use camera during the lessons. To do this:
1. Confirm in chat the Customer has a camera at his PC.
2. Activate video broadcast clicking the icon marked with green arrow
3. Click the button indicated with red arrow.
4. Ask Customer to click the same button.
You can talk with the customer using the chat box
in the right bottom corner of the classroom.
You can also have audio chat with the Tutor. To activate it, please:
1. Have your PC microphone on
2. Click the button marked on the picture
3. Confirm the Customer turned on the microphone as well

When the lesson is over, click the button “Complete”.
DO NOT click the button if the lesson is not over
