  OpenRoad's expected planfor the period of 2015-2016: - Realization of collaborations of RDOT MoUs with foreign partners - Posibility of long term collaborations with ITD, MOST of Laos. - Establishing specialized consortium inside OpenRoad - Implementation of Traing Trainer Open Source Courses, based on Free Technology Academy (FTA) materials, translated into Vietnamese. - Continuing to set up FOSS Clubs inside OpenRoad's universities. - Building developer communities in the Unis: Teachers and students. - Community activities: with VFOSSA, FOSS Training Center of VAIP - Expanding to other fields of Open Technologies: OER, Open Data... 6.
