Less than 150 5+ GST@18% 6+ GST@18% B. 150-499 10+ GST@18% 12+ GST@18% C. 500-999 10+ GST@18% 15+ GST@18% D. 1000 and above 10+ GST@18% 20+ GST@18%

The fee is applicable only on Complete orders. The fee is not applicable on RTO, RMA (Pick and no Pick) and Cancelled orders. For RMA Orders after complete, reversal of fee is done in the normal weekly billing cycle. Is the Order Processing Fee applicable on RB orders too? Yes. Order Processing fee is applicable on all RB and Deal orders without exception. It is deducted from Expected Payout. Is the Order Processing Fee applicable for TRM too? Yes. Order Processing fee is charged for all types of merchants including TRM.

Selling Fee is the commission Shopclues earns and varies by Category. Order Processing Fee is a flat fee over and above Selling Fee and Fulfilment Fee (in RB). When will the charges be deducted from Merchant? The charges will be deducted in the form of a debit from Merchant payout in the weekly billing cycle with a delay of one month (for order completion) under Reason code-72.
