Our Running Race (2 Tim 4:7)

Marathon Race - 42.195 km (26.2 miles)
Iron Man Race - 2.4 mile (3.86 km) swim,
A 112-mile (180.25 km) bicycle ride &
A marathon 26.2-mile (42.2 km) run.
Raced in that order and without a break.
2 Timothy 4:7-8
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept
the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness,
which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that
day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his
appearing.

GUIDANCE TO HAVE GREAT RUNNING
1. COMMIT TO PERSEVERE
Heb 12:1, “Let us Run with Perseverance.”
Fun and Excitement to achieve something
Many People to Accompany and Cheer for us.
Commitment is needed to continue – if not there is a
chance to quit in between the race.
Commitment to Finish the race well.

Runner must have discipline in various things
