Idea & Approach
InIndia, limited legal awareness and access are widespread
issues, often affecting marginalized communities. The challenges
stem from language barriers and the intricate nature of the legal
system, making it di cult
ffi for many individuals to understand and
exercise their legal rights effectively.
We are addressing the problem by developing a user-friendly and
multilingual application called "Nyaysathi." Our app features a digital
legal assistant that simplifies legal queries for citizens using plain
language and guides them in understanding their rights through our
"Know Your Rights" framework. Additionally, we are introducing
handy tools like a case file summarizer for easy comprehension of
legal cases and secure document storage on blockchain, ensuring
accessibility and security for all important files and evidence.
