Developed in response to recommendations from Pacific heads of education systems, it includes themes such as early childhood education, higher education, and vocational training, aimed at improving educational outcomes and addressing social and economic disparities. The framework aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to foster inclusive and lifelong learning opportunities, while promoting gender equality, decent work, and climate action.
