This document provides an overview of the PathFit 1 Movement Competency Training course, which aims to build movement competency and confidence to engage in physical activity through non-locomotor skills training, locomotor skills training, and core strength training using primary movement patterns. The training covers topics like cardiorespiratory endurance, the kinetic chain, core stability exercises, locomotor skills, and applies guidelines for resistance training. The objective is to build instructor capacity to effectively deliver a course developing these movement competencies.
