Why is Sleep deprivation important to me? It is very common around the world. Most people do not realize that they have sleep deprivation and will not get help. Most importantly want to know how to fight sleep deprivation.

Insomnia: Overview Most common disorder. According to the United States Department of Health and Human Services in 2007, Approx. 64 million Americans suffer from insomnia each year. Insomnia 41% more common in woman than in men.
Insomnia: Causes Anxiety Depression Stress (Lost in ones love ones.) Schizophrenia Mania
Insomnia: Symptoms Poor Alertness Difficulty with memory Impaired motor abilities Language  Body is more fatigue
Insomnia: Treatment Sleep well, and do not oversleep Exercise regularly Do not drink any beverage before sleeping Do not go to bed hungry Adjust bedroom to your liking Clear your mind before you go to bed
Narcolepsy: Overview Fall asleep anytime of the day or night for about 5 minute Genetic Disorder Commonly known to between the ages 15 and 25 but can be apparent to any age No treatment available
Apnea: What is Sleep Apnea? An interrupted breathing during sleep. Sleep Apnea occurs when a mechanical problem in the windpipe and also indicates a neurological disorder involving neurons. Also an on going condition that disrupts your sleep
Apnea: Causes Sleep Apnea occurs when a mechanical problem in the windpipe and also indicates a neurological disorder involving neurons. When people get older their muscle tones relaxes. The shape of your head and neck may cause a smaller airway. Overweight
Sleep Apnea: Symptoms Loud snoring  Inconsistent air flowing through the windpipe that last from 10-60 second Lack of oxygen enables muscles to tighten and the windpipe to open up.
Sleep Apnea: Treatment Lose weight Quit smoking Avoid: Alcohol, sleeping pills, caffeine, and heavy meals Have a regular sleep schedule
Final Thoughts Everyone needs a regular bedtime schedule to not have sleep problems. People need to arrange bedroom with their liking to be able to sleep comfortably. School should start at a later time, so students have more sleep time.

My Insights of Sleep Deprivation/Sleep Disorder Having a regular bedtime schedule do not hurt and can benefit you from not having sleep disorder. Having sleep disorder bring lots of problems to your life such as, how the brain and body functions. Having sleep deprivation is not fun to have and it is painful to have.
