This document provides instructions for performing the rituals of Hajj and Umrah. There are three forms of Hajj - Tamattu', Ifraad, and Qiran. Tamattu' is considered the best form and involves wearing Ihram only for Umrah first, then for Hajj. The rituals for Umrah include entering Makkah and performing Tawaf around the Kaaba, running between the hills of Safa and Marwah, and shaving the hair.
