Creazione del concept o linea specificando tagli e costruzione del capo, essendo a conoscenza dei macchinari usati nei laboratori e dei tessuti disponibili o richiesti. - REDESIGN delle collezioni già sviluppate in produzione e rinfrescati in immagine e linea secondo la tendenza od il mercato di sbocco, studiando le varianti con i tessuti, le rifiniture e le stampe. - scelta campionature e supervisione sdifettamento prototipi per il pronto. 2- ricerca e studio marketing - tessuti & filati, da studiare confrontare e testare. - gestione delle le forniture sia in Italia che all'estero. - ricerca fornitori Italia /estero (produzione accessori tessuti). - reports fieristici 3- buyer/scouting/cool-hunting - definire/ricercare capi di tendenza o nuove linee, in diverse città. Confrontare valutare e prendere spunto per ritoccare e cambiare dettagli e colori di collezione. Confrontare i target di appartenenza, i luoghi di coesione. - ricerca nuovi marchi, scelta e selezione dei capi secondo il dettaglio tecnico, produzione e distribuzione. 4- supervisor prototipista - realizzazione prototipi/primo capo campione, seguire la realizzazione prima della campionatura - sdifettamento prototipia per la produzione -controllo qualità prodotto 5- supervisor product manager - supervisione della produzione in serie, problem solving in uff. stile, azienda esterna, produttore italiano od estero. 6- sponsor account - stylist - portfolio sponsor (abbigliamento, accessori, scenografie) per gestire e vestire produzioni televisive, cinematografiche, spot pubblicitarie, interventi televisivi e di spettacolo per sfilate o serate moda. - gestione pubbliche relazioni con clienti o fornitori. - consulenze immagine su personaggio, allestimento location e staff evento/manifestazione. fdnfashion concept studio: design - consultance - fashion's service.
