He also worked in adult learning for over 17 years serving in various roles at area community colleges, developing and delivering customized software training programs. Previously, he developed and delivered a product education and sales training program for a major regional health insurer. Steve holds both bachelors and masters degrees in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
