- 1. How to register your mobile to your wit email
- 2. Step 1 – Log into your WIT student email account using your student [email protected] as your email username e.g. [email protected] . Click on Next and enter your password.
- 3. Click on Sign In to finish the login process.
- 4. Accept the agreement if this is the first time you are using your student email account. After accepting the licence agreement, you may be presented with a splash screen with various options. If so, click on Mail to enter your email account.
- 5. Step 2 - In the right hand corner, click on your email address and then choose My Account from the dropdown menu. A new webpage will open. Click on the new webpage.
- 6. Step 3 - Click on Sign-in & Security.
- 7. Step 4 - Scroll down the page and click on Add a recovery phone number to help secure your account.
- 8. Step 5 - Re-enter your email password as prompted.
- 9. Step 6 - Enter your mobile phone number and click Verify.
- 10. Step 7 - The screen below is displayed. Click Get Code
- 11. Step 8 - You will receive a code via SMS. Enter the code and click Verify.
- 13. Step 9 - Click Continue. You have now successfully added a recovery phone number. To go back to your WIT student email account, click on the square box in the top right hand corner of the screen and click Mail.
