- 2. Tripod used to create a still image or shot when filming to be able to see what levels we were filming from. We used the ipad to record our dialogue to then put over the clip to make the speech clearer. We used the camera to record and film all the shots we used. We used the garageband app on the macs to create extra sounds for our sequence and to create the music. We used final cut pro on the macs to upload, edit and overall create our opening sequence.
- 3. The image shows a montage of the main websites i used as part of my research, planning and evaluation stages. Amongst these are very useful websites such as Pearl & Dean, this website enabled me to look at the viewings of certain films so i was able to know what target audience was best suited for our films genre with having researched others. Furthermore, i was able to do a lot of research through youtube and looking at different opening sequences from hollywood, independent and other students film work. Other useful websites were ones like google docs and slides were I was able to produce my work then upload it to maraha to keep it safe. Some websites had limitations or i found difficulties, for example Niice was a very good website once i worked it out but before that it took up lots of my time when i was trying to figure out how it works.
- 4. We used the garageband app on the macs to produce the music for our video. We used the keyboard to make our own melodies and we also used the set loops. With the app we were able to use many tools such as changing the volume in different parts, the sound and tones, the instruments used and much more. Loops Change volume and other elements Change the instrument and choose Edit specific parts We also used final cut pro for the editing of our sequence. The app has many useful tools such as the cut blade, the trim and many more which enabled us to make the timings accurate and clean. The app also allowed us to put filters and text on our clips to add more to it.
