OVERVIEW • Sinar Gas Sdn Bhd (Sinar Gas) is a licensed distributor of LPG and has started its contracting business operations specializing in supplying LPG, design and installation of LPG reticulation systems for residential and commercial sectors. • In term of business strategies, Sinar Gas will set up for the LPG supply through the pipe reticulation system at Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur. • As part of our agreement, we will operate the LPG storage system, including the preventive maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the Gas Supply Act (amendment) 2016 of Malaysia and Malaysian Standard.

To assist the Retail Licensor with the submissions and getting all the necessary certificates and approvals from the relevant authorities 4. To provide technical assistance/support on gas storage system to our customers. 5. To complete each job on time and within budget

- 8. SERVICE PACKAGE NO. SERVICES SCOPE OF WORKS DESCRIPTION 1 Stock Management in LPG storage Stock Check To carry out stock check and to ensure the stock level is sufficient. Ordering To arrange for delivery. Receiving To receive LPG product at the LPG storage. 2 LPG Storage Preventive Maintenance Management Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) To carry out a periodical inspection only and to advise Retail Licensor on the maintenance requirement for LPG Storage. Soft Part Change-out To change liquid pigtail if any crack observed. 3 Gas Disruption at the LPG system Receive Complaint from Retail Licensor (RL) To attend on-call from RL due to no gas supply at the LPG system and gas smell (leaking). 4 Other services Inquiry and Safety Briefing Regarding gas price and safety handling of LPG system to end-user and Retail Licensor's representative. 2 Years System Inspection for Gas Piping System 40% less than normal fees. Authorities Certificate Assist Retail Licensor on Retail License and Storage Permit yearly. 5 Meter Replacement Change Gas Meter To change the faulty meter and to carry out leaking test. Gas Meter to be provided by Sinar Gas.
- 9. PRICE & COMMERCIAL PARAMETERS A. GAS SUPPLY PRICE • Selling price will subject to the current market price refers to the SAUDI ARAMCO contract price on monthly basis. • The selling price of LPG delivered for 1st 3 months including service package (as May 2022): Petronas - RM230.00 per cylinder or; Solar - RM227.00 per cylinder • As a current practice, we will review the selling price on monthly basis after 1st of 3 month fixed selling price. • Trading term is 30 days after the issuance of invoices. • Refundable deposit is required of RM250 per cylinder.
- 10. PRICE & COMMERCIAL PARAMETERS B. AGREEMENT PERIOD • The period on the Gas Supply Agreement with Retail Licensor will be 2 (two) year with the optional of 1 (one) year auto-renewal C. PROPOSAL VALIDITY • The proposal is valid until December 31, 2022, after this date Sinar Gas have the right to revise the proposal
