- 9. 1. Observe the result of acting, show in a table, diagram or graphic. 2. Pay attention to the result, is it better or worst than the reflecting period.

- 12. Reflecting Teaching is a cyclical process, because you start to implement changes, the reflective and evaluate cycle begins again. As a result of reflection, we may decide to teach in the different or the best way. We can write the result of our observation as an erudite essay to show professional development.
