This document contains a questionnaire about leadership styles of headmasters and school climate in primary schools in Klang, Malaysia. The questionnaire has several sections:
1. Demographic questions about respondents such as name, gender, age, qualifications, etc.
2. Questions about the school climate with statements rated on a scale from rarely occurs to very often occurs.
3. Scenarios asking how the respondent thinks their headmaster would behave in different situations related to staff performance, change management, and goal setting.
4. Open-ended suggestion questions about changes, leadership expectations, and improving school climate.
