This study investigates the sleep patterns of college students at Rowan University, revealing that they feel they are not getting enough sleep, generally averaging between six and a half to eight hours per night. Despite a perceived knowledge of sleep's importance, there is a contradiction between students' beliefs and the actual health implications of sleep deprivation, as well as a lower-than-expected use of energy supplements. The study recommends improvements in time management and awareness of sleep's role in academic performance to enhance students' sleep quality.
