- 3. E Community 1. Being implemented in 7 slums of Pithampur Industrial Area of Dhar District 2. Focused on three pillars: Health, Education and Women Empowerment 3. So far in 2020 1. 300+ Students attending remedial education program 2. 30 Women Self Help Groups Formed 3. Dedicated medical team providing on-spot health services 4. 7 Remedial Education Centers 5. Survey on Socio-Economic Impact of COVID-19 and Lockdown 6. Dry Ration Distribution to over 700 families
- 4. Parivartan 1. Implemented in Tilori village of Malanpur Industrial Area 2. Thematic Focus of Program: Education , and Women Empowerment 3. Outreach- 305 Children, 200 Women and 100 Sahariya Families 4. So far in 2020: 1. Introduction of digital education program in the light of the Pandemic 2. Children with learning disabilities linked with mom&me program 3. Dry ration distribution to 100 families and 100 painter labour 4. Celebration of important days in line with social distancing protocol 5. Solar lighting solution provided to Anganwadi and Satellite school
- 5. ReNew India Initiative 1. Implemented in 4 villages of Vijaypur block in Sheopur District 2. Thematic Focus: Education and Water 3. So far in 2020: 1. 35 Children attending computer literacy program via Education Hub created in Vijaypur. 2. Use of radio narrowcasting for mass awareness of government schemes for youth and women. 3. Close convergence with the NRLM program to support existing SHGs at village level. 4. Computer education provided at village level to 42 girls.
- 6. ICICI Bank Linkage Program 1. Being supported in Gwalior and Dhar District 2. Thematic Focus: Financial Inclusion and Empowerment 3. So far in 2020: 1. 110 Groups linked in Gwalior with loans crossing over 1 crore 2. 5 Groups linked in Dhar with loans over 5 Lakhs 3. Regular training programs for women groups on SHG Book Keeping and Accountancy 4. Financial Literacy Sessions organized through 12 session module.
- 7. Jai Jagat 2020 1. Sambhav operating the information and communication hub of the Campaign 2. Campaign being supported by over 100 organization in 40 countries. 3. So far in 2020 1. Footmarch from New Delhi to Armenia, suspended in Armenia due to pandemic 2. Webinar on Education for Peace 3. Webinar on Nonviolent Economy 4. Way forward planning for the next decade
- 8. Nine is Mine 1. Sambhav is one of the partners to the campaign in Madhya Pradesh 2. Campaign to End Violence Against Children under the aegis of UNICEF, India 3. Focus on creating children groups and national child parliament 4. So far in 2020: 1. Session for children and teachers on the child rights convention 2. Mock children parliament organized with participation from Bhind and Dhar 3. Webinars on Child Line, Child Rights, Human Rights
- 9. Labour-Grain Bank 1. Unique program focused on the Sahariya communities of Gwalior and Shivpuri 2. Focus on creation of Labour-Grain Banks in 7 village of Gwalior and 3 Villages of Shivpuri 3. Goal to arrest hunger deaths among the Sahariya Community 4. So far in 2020 1. 7 Grain banks created and operational in Gwalior district
- 10. COVID 19 1. Dry ration distribution 1. 715 families in Pithampur 2. 100 Families in Tilori 3. 100 Painter community members 4. 100 Families in Chhatarpur 5. 40 families in Gwalior 2. Online fundraising campaign for cooked meals with Women and Child Development Department 1. Food distributed to over 5000 families for 15 days 3. Regional Webinar on Socio-Economic Challenges in Gwalior-Chambal-Bundelkhand Region 4. Initiation of National Program Support Group
