With Dynamics CRM and the Sandler Training Framework, we already knew that
doing electronic A/B Journaling and performing sales pipeline management is as
simple as working with Outlook. Now, with the new Sales Cookbook Dashboard,
users can track their key performance indicators visually in real-time!




Using the pre-configured goal setting feature in Dynamics CRM, each user enters
their individual cookbook goals for behaviors and revenue. The system does the
rest!
By entering data in the CRM application via the Outlook interface, the actual
behaviors are registered against the goals and displayed visually in real-time.
Want to see where you are this week on your conversation goals? How about live
progress toward your quarterly revenue target? It’s all there right in front of you.
Sales Managers can even configure “roll-up” dashboards to see collectively how
their sales teams are performing.
