This document discusses the performance analysis of PAPR reduction techniques in SC-FDMA systems using different subcarrier mappings like LFDMA, DFDMA, and IFDMA with selective mapping (SLM) techniques. It concludes that IFDMA has the lowest PAPR, while LFDMA and DFDMA have similar performances, and a modified SLM technique shows improvement in PAPR reduction compared to conventional SLM. Simulations using QPSK and 16QAM modulations confirm that QPSK provides better performance than 16QAM.
