This study examined the level and desired level of contribution of school-family cooperation to effective classroom management in early childhood education, according to teachers and parents. Data was collected through interviews with 28 preschool teachers and 23 parents from 5 schools in Gaziantep, Turkey. The findings showed that most teachers felt supported by parents in classroom management, except for dealing with misbehavior. However, some teachers and parents felt there were still areas needing improvement in school-family cooperation. The study aimed to provide a comprehensive perspective on teacher and parent views regarding cooperation between school and family.
