  SEGUNDO CORTE The researchdesign. Once we have formulated the questions, that is the problem to solve, built in order to study, hypotheses, objectives, concepts that are integrated into a theoretical framework and indicators to replace them, we must establish the methodology and appropriate techniques to produce the information necessary to respond to questions. That is, the researcher must devise the practical and concrete way to answer the research questions. A design is then a plan or strategy to produce valid and reliable, so it is essential to use the most appropriate technique and design of instruments for data collection. Each technique involves the need for various activities that require time and resources, sometimes you need to train people to ensure that generation of information is reliable and consistent. If the design is well thought out, the end product of a study will more than likely be valid. The accuracy of the information obtained can vary depending on the design or the selected strategy. As Brown points out, "if the proverb says that the right approach to the problem is half the solution should also be aware that the method and techniques that have to do with this solution are the second basic condition, the researcher must know it in all its scope and limitations. " At this level we are already in the field itself. In the construction of the instruments or techniques special attention is to provide the necessary information, but no more than necessary.
