   FINDLAY TWP. — Three air-
lines are planning addition-
al daily flights from Pitts-
burgh International Airport
to cities on the eastern
seaboard, the Allegheny
County Airport Authority
reported Thursday.
   Starting Wednesday, US
Airways will add a flight to
LaGuardia Airport in New
York City. The airline also
added one flight to
LaGuardia last month,
according to airport spokes-
woman JoAnn Jenny.
   She said Southwest Air-
